Our Promise to You

When you place an order on line unless it’s with one of the online giants you can’t help but feel a little concern.  Will my order turn up?  Will the order be what I placed? Will my details be shared? etc. etc. 

We at Velvet Fleurs understand these concerns and want to reassure you with this quick summary of how we handle our customers’ orders.  If you have a question which has not been answered here, please feel free to contact our customer service department via email at customerservices@velvetfleurs.uk where we will be more than happy to provide reassurance.

 

What will my delivery look like?

Discretion is key – we make sure we keep the outside box as plain as possible leaving all the pleasure for inside the package.  We don’t have any information visible indicating where the order has come from.

 

How will my order be delivered?

We send all orders via well-known and trusted courier companies such as MyHermes, DpD and Royal Mail. 

 

How long will the delivery take?

If you place your order before 11.00 am we will dispatch on the same day and use a 2-5 day courier service as standard which is free of charge.  Or you can select the option for a 24 hour shipment at the checkout process which will cost £5.

 

How will Velvet Fleurs take payment?

We take all major credit cards and use one of the worlds trusted payment gateways “Stripe” to process the transaction.  Your credit card statement will not use the name Velvet Fleurs, we will show under SP*VFLTD.

 

What happens to my personal details?

We treat your personal information (name, postal address, telephone number and email) with the discretion it deserves. They will ONLY be used by Velvet Fleurs and our trusted partners for the end to end processing of your order and we promise they will not be passed to any other 3rd party.
